What do you need to sign up?
- A Jordanian phone number
- A clear photo of your driving licence
- A clear photo of your vehicle licence
- Car details: make, model, year, colour and plate number
- Your CliQ alias (optional) to receive CliQ fares

How do I pay for my ride?
You choose before booking: cash to the captain, or a CliQ transfer. For CliQ trips you see the captain’s alias with a copy button.
Is the price shown the final price?
You see the fare before you book. If you keep the captain waiting at the pickup point for more than a few minutes, a small waiting fee may be added.
Can I sign up with a non-Jordanian number?
Yes, for riders: enter the number with its country code, e.g. +971 or 00971. Captains need a Jordanian number.
Is there an iPhone app?
Both apps are on Google Play now, and the iPhone versions are coming soon to the App Store.
How do I contact Mshwar?
From inside the app: open the menu, choose “Help & support”, and write to us or send a voice note.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account from the in-app menu at any time (except during a trip). Your personal data is deleted; only your name stays in the record of past trips.
